Man is for the Woman Made

Object of admiration, adoration, and yearning; Seductress, muse and inspiration; Refuge and comfort; Playmate and partner; Diversion and irritation?  Without her the musical repertoire would be much poorer, and the world unpopulated.  But what does she really think about all this?  Welsh baritone Jeremy Huw Williams presents a Hymn to our lady in words and music, joined by American pianist Paula Fan in a joint exploration of the complex relationship between Mr and Mrs.

Sion a Siân

Testun cariad a dyhead, yn awen ac ysbrydoliaeth, yn lloches ac yn gysur, yn gymar, yn ddifyrrwch ac weithiau yn boen!  Ymunwch â Jeremy Huw Williams a Paula Fan wrth iddynt geisio datrys y berthynas gymhleth sydd rhwng gŵr a gwraig, yng nghwmni Purcell, Caccini, Schumann, Debussy, Duparc, Fauré a Mansel Thomas.
